Job Description

    Job Title : Machine Operator - Sandwich puf panelJob Location : Bavala, AhemdabadJob Experience : 3 to 4 yearJob Summery:The Sandwich Puff Panel Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the sandwich puff panel manufacturing machine to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, machine-handling skills, and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues during production.Key Responsibility
    • Continuous Sandwich panel production Experience of minimum 4 Years
    • Operate sandwich puff panel machine (continuous/ discontinuous line) to manufacture PUF panels.
    • Set machine parameters as per product requirements (temperature, pressure, chemical ratios, cutting size, etc.).
    • Monitor production process to ensure consistent panel quality, thickness, and density.
    • Load and unload raw materials (steel sheets, chemicals, foaming agents, etc.).
    • Perform regular checks to ensure proper adhesion, lamination, and finishing of panels.
    • Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
    • Maintain daily production reports and log sheets.
    • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machine operation and safety.
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards and report any defects to the supervisor.
    • Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
    • Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for preventive maintenance and inspections.
