      1.Daily monitoring of plan vs actual for machining.
      Operate machine and handle machine shop
      Handle 10 to 20 manpower
      2.Accountability of Material Receipt vs delivery.
      3.Improvement in STD hr of each machine
      4.Reduction in cycle time / Setup time and rejection.
      5.Improvement in process / output delivery.
      good knowledge of CNC/VMC operation & Programming.
      6.Regular follow up with KPI and improvements.
      7.Standardization in Tools / fixture with respect to the operation
      8.OEE improvement and thereby reducing the break downs.
      9.TPM /TQM co-ordination
      10.Liaison with inter departments like QA,PPE,Planning,Assembly & Maintenance
      11.Adequate knowledge on programming of HMC / Turning / Hobbing / Grinding machines.
      12.Basic awareness on ISO :9001 & 14001 concepts
QUALITY1.Ensure to producing of good quality of products.2.Any NC parts should be properly moved to Rejection and take appropriate actions3.Organizing the meeting and ensure to take timely decision on NC parts.MAN POWER1.Handling of man power with genuine manner.2.Getting the shift basis output with respect to the cycle time.3.Responsible for QC activities.4.Conducting Small group to motivate and give the training to juniors.
