Responsibilities:1. Responsible for Preventive Maintenance of key equipment (Machine, Spare)2. Resposible for Breakdown Maintenance of plant Machine, Spare and other equipement3. Resposible for Spares planning and control of maintenance tools, and equipment4. Resposible to carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults5. Resposible for diagnose breakdown problems6. Resposible for fit new parts and make sure equipment and HVAC System is working correctly7. Responsible for monitor and control maintenance costs8. Resposible for deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs9. Resposible for improve the maintenance practices, method, Procedure and report/Record 10. Resposible to Imrove the eqipement availability and performance (OEE), MTTR (to be reduced) MTBF(to be improve)Key Equipement : Wax Manufacturing Machinery, Press Moudling Machine, Induction Furnace, HVAC system, Compressor, Grinding Machinery, Dust Collector, Material Handling EquipementAccountibility:1.
