    • Job Description - Maintenance In charge
    • Job Summary: The Maintenance In charge is responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of plants and machinery through continuous routine maintenance. This role involves collaborating with other professionals to enhance efficiency and safety standards, as well as organizing repairs. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee every step of the manufacturing process, from design to production. 2. Identify errors and provide timely troubleshooting for machines to minimize production downtime. 3. Prepare and maintain technical reports on breakdowns and preventive maintenance services. 4. Utilize basic mechanical test equipment and suggest improvements in machinery, tools, and safety instruments. 5. Conduct frequent quality checks on equipment to preemptively address maintenance needs. 6. Prioritize emergency maintenance when equipment malfunctions. 7. Manage the budget allocated for equipment maintenance. 8. Maintain records of preventive and emergency maintenance activities. 9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during maintenance operations. 10. Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and consulting with equipment vendors. 11. Enhance manufacturing efficiency through workflow analysis, space planning, and equipment layout optimization. 12. Assure product and process quality by designing appropriate testing methods. 13. Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs. 14. Maintain product and company reputation by adhering to government regulations. 15. Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services. Requirements: 1. Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance. 3. Work Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad. 4. Strong negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work effectively under pressure. 6. Excellent technical skills and knowledge. 7. Proficiency in identifying the root cause of machine breakdowns. 8. Ability to understand technical drawings and controls. 9. Monthly Salary: INR 20,000 - 25,000.
