Job Description

    Job Title: Management Accountant (R2R) HybridLocation: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite Remote) Shift Timings: 12:30 PM 10:00 PM IST / 1:30 PM 11:00 PM IST Experience Required: 3 years in Management Accounting / Record to Report (R2R)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Management Accountant with deep expertise in Record to Report (R2R) processes. This hybrid opportunity in Ahmedabad is ideal for finance professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. If youre aiming to advance your career in financial reporting and management accounting, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Manage end-to-end R2R processes including journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and period-end closings.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and global accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
    • Collaborate with auditors, cross-functional teams, and international finance stakeholders.
    • Drive continuous improvement and automation of accounting operations.
    Qualifications
    • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CA / ACCA
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in R2R or management accounting roles.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
    • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
    • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
