    Urgently Hiring !We are urgently hiring Managers for a Global Manpower Solutions organizations with its operations in Europe, Middle East, UK,USA and India.We are looking for experienced and ambitious Market Research Analysts & Business development Managers to helpthe company expand its clientele .In this role , your main objective will be to identify and acquire new clients for the company through Market Research Analysis.You will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, consolidating information into actionable terms, gaining insights into client requirements, executing marketing campaigns and generating leads for business , providing End to end market research solutions analyzing industry trends to identify new business opportunities. Your role will include , but nor limited to
    • Provide support for revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with potential customers.
    • Conduct effective presentations and research solutions demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
    • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs
    • Qualify leads and assess their suitability as potential clients based on their budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
    • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and objectives
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client onboarding process
    • Generate regular reports on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
    • Analyze s data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)Requirements
    • Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing Research in a reputed Market Research Organization as a researcher ,team leader or Project manager
    • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong Negotiation and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
