Content and Communication ManagerThe key responsibilities for this role :- Create and implement social media engagement plan- Manage content for customer engagement/ cross sales across different media ; videos, mailers, banners, images, messages- Write educative blogs from time to time- Interact with the users to get their testimonials and find interesting ways to share such testimonials across different media- Work with product team to create customer facing content for manuals, FAQs etc. at the time of new product launches- Take initiative to start and manage new forms of community engagement for the company e.g. participation in forums etc.- Create a strong community of users and brand advocators,
