Job Description

  • Preparing estimates, budgets and timescales including tracking
  • Preparing and presenting documents for tenders
  • Contributing to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors and suppliers
  • Making selection criteria of contractor for Management approval.
  • Contracts drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Award, Releasing of work order & LOI.
  • Agreeing any additional work to be done within set timescales
  • Identifying areas for improvement in existing contracting processes
  • Non Disclosure Agreements, Sales / Purchasing Agreements, contractors, Consulting Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Master Agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
  • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
  • Work with Risk Management Department / Finance to coordinate project insurance requirements.
  • Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
  • Handle on-going issues (Variance, time extension, extra items), Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
  • Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
  • Timely reply or submission of correspondence
  • Comprehensive record keeping of all the correspondences as well subject wise and for important events of all projects
  • Strictly adhering to the time limit of clauses leading to variations, arbitration & other obligations.
Desired Candidate ProfileBE Civil with 8+ years in (Out of that min 5 years) contract function, candidates who have worked with EPC firm will be preferred.,
