Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prime responsibility is to improve the effective footprint of JD Edwards 9.1 Sales and Distribution Solution
  • Provide support to HODs with regards to mapping and managing business process in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory management, Warehouse management, Transportation management and other related modules in JDE 9.1 D&L
  • Assist management with process insights and visualizations based on data and processes mapped in system.
  • Create functional designs for custom applications / reports as needed inline with JDE E1 table structures
  • Create and validate test cases, test scripts and clearly agree with stake holder on the same.
  • Support the configuration of the software to match business requirements in the assigned functional area of JDE 9.1.
  • Review and suggest corrections to existing processes to improve efficiency
Skills & Competencies Required:
  • I n depth knowledge in Sales Order Entry, Advanced Pricing, Preferences, GST and VAT set ups, DMAAI, Flex Accounting, Purchase order entry and related set ups, inventory management, warehouse and transport management solutions.
  • Should have completed at least 3 life cycles with hands on involvement.
  • Knowledge on JDE manufacturing modules will be an added advantage.
  • Expertise in JD Edwards software development process including design, requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, deployment, testing methodologies, training, change management and production support.
  • Hands-on experience on OVR (One View Reporting) and BI Publisher will be an added advantage.
  • Must have good analytical skills to understand complex business problems and ability to design solutions
  • Thorough Knowledge of sales accounting and integration points with AR, AP and GLis a must.
