Job Description

    About the Position: Designation: Manager-RPO Domain Expertise: Manufacturing (Chemical / Cement / Pharmaceutical / FMCG / Heavy Machinery / Automobile) Job Location: Adani Corporate House. Shantigram, Near Vaishnodevi Circle, S G Highway, Ahmedabad, 382421, Gujarat Report to: Associate Vice President RPO Team: 6 to 10 Recruiters Sourcers Onboarding Specialist Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Friday from Office and Saturday from Home)About the Role:Taggd is seeking a results-driven Manager - RPO - to lead recruitment operations for Ambuja Cement, part of the renowned Adani Group. This role focuses on delivering high-quality talent acquisition, managing SLAs, leveraging data analytics, and driving business mining initiatives to expand client engagement. Job Role:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions in the cement sector, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
    • Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, optimize hiring strategies, and provide actionable insights.
    • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and craft tailored sourcing plans.
    • Lead a team of recruiters, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous performance improvement.
    • Drive business mining initiatives to identify new hiring opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
    • Provide comprehensive hiring reports and market insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
    Job Requirements:
    • 7-10 years of experience in RPO/recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or infrastructure sectors.
    • Strong background in managing SLAs, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a recruitment team.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools.
    • Preferred Education: MBA in HR or a bachelors degree in engineering.
