Manage team of 6/7 asst. Sales Managers/Sales executive & multiple distributors under them. Generate Deposit Mobilization & distribution through D2C channel Ensure productivity of SMs through Deposit mobilization through direct & indirect channel Local knowledge of the market, competition and industry. Responsible to execute a D2C Retail FD Will be managing 7 branches & additional 15-20 attached locations Conduct periodic training handhold rural sales team to meet their monthly budgets Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales and profitability with focus on improving productivity Will consolidate the sales strategy of the company with an in-depth understanding of the market dynamics. Business Development: Drive the sales and business development efforts of Fixed Deposits. Competitive Assessment: The individual should exhibit in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics. The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective. Team Management: The incumbent will measure productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action to increase revenue per employee. Business Review & Reporting: The individual will conduct regular reviews with team to ensure sales strategies are well executed. Responsible for managing the Volumes of Retail FD. Plan location wise outdoor sales in rural location & conduct customer campaign for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers. Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team. , * 1. Graduate/Post graduate 2. Age less than 35 Years 3. A minimum of 4 years experience in D2C Sales & managing sales team of 25 resource. 4. High energy levels, self-motivated and a Go getter & must be willing to travel 15 days in a month. 5. Past experience in BFSI preferred, Pvt branch banking / NBFC deposit mobilisation experience will be an added advantage 6. Must have good communication skill (English and local language)
