Job Description

    Job Title: Manager Sales Location: Sari, Ahmedabad Salary: 13 Lakh - 15 Lakh per annumJob Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Manager Sales to oversee and drive sales operations in a designated market. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is strategic, proactive, and has the ability to understand customer needs, develop sales strategies, and work closely with product teams to deliver innovative solutions. The Manager Sales will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving market growth, and managing relationships with key industry stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales Strategy Development: Determine market needs and finalize product mix and sales targets for the designated market.
    • Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the product engineering and development teams to enhance existing products and create new solutions.
    • Market & Competitor Analysis: Establish effective sales strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
    • Sales Target Achievement: Develop action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Pricing & Strategy Adjustment: Monitor product pricing and market trends, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.
    • Networking & Relationship Building: Build relationships with industry associations, influencers, and key prospects to expand market presence.
    • Customer Feedback & Product Innovation: Discuss customer needs and provide valuable feedback for product development and improvement.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales results, generating reports as required.
    Key Competencies:
    • Concept Selling: Ability to sell complex solutions by understanding and addressing customer pain points.
    • Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in negotiating and closing deals effectively.
    • Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze the market and develop effective sales strategies.
    • Digital Selling: Ability to leverage non-conventional channels, including digital platforms, to drive sales.
    Qualifications & Skills Required:
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or technical product domain.
    • Education: BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
      • Experience in managing customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
      • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
