Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse. recruitment data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.9. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.10.
