Manager-Facilities are in charge of a budget and must negotiate with outside vendors for supplies, repairs and other measures. In larger companies, facilities managers oversee groundskeepers, maintenance workers, and custodial staff. Manager-Facilities will have to demonstrate managerial experience and abilities, as well as knowledge of purchasing, supplies, grounds keeping, and equipment repair. Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, and cleaning, catering, technology and so on. Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security. Making sure cleaning, upkeep and safety standards are maintained, or efficiencies are discovered, is key. Manager-Facilities must motivate and coordinate employees, as well as deal with any disciplinary issues that may come up. Manager-Facilities must look at a lot of different information and make decisions based on needs and budget concerns. Manager-Facilities talk to their employees, and work with management to make sure the job gets done. Finalization of AMCs for all the Equipment installed, to interact with various contractors and get the work done as per POs, Certification of Bills. Planning, developing and co-coordinating a programme of Planned Preventive Maintenance. Preparation of Budget and monitor subsequent performance. Liasoning and maintaining good relations with Govt. Bodies / Police Officials in getting the work. Setting robust policy and procedures for Housekeeping, Security, Employee Transport, Cafeteria and Office equipments maintenance. Handling various facility rebursment/ expansion projects. Selection of appropriate vendors for preventive & corrective maintenance. Identifying the appropriate vendors for AMCs (All site M/ c AMCS Or repairing work ) Supervise maintenance of Electrical systems and panels, Fire alarm system, BMS system, HVAC equipment like PAC units and AHU, Preparing and maintaining the daily reports, weekly reports, Consumables maintenance and vendor coordination for critical equipment. Follow up with the vendor to rectify the defects to minimize equipment down time. Follow up with the AMC vendor to attend the breakdown as per the contract SLA. Monitoring the scheduled preventive maintenance services by the AMC vendor of all the Equipments under AMC as per the agreement. Coordination with the client and the vendor for the renewal of AMC. Coordination for Complying and renewal of the statutory compliance with respect to Electrical, lift, fire, water supply and sewerage board, explosive department, Diesel Generator, e-waste, oil disposal and others as per the statutory requirements. JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Minimum 4 years of Experience into Facilities Management. Must be good at People Management. Must hold a Bachelor Degree. Open to Travel at Multiple office Location.,
