The Role: The successful Graduate Researcher will be working closely alongside the company Founder and wider research teams. Together, you will be servicing a high- profile client base by helping them to attract and hire leading industry talent. The role is varied and encompasses a broad array of responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a real hands- on, incredibly fast- paced position. Our successful candidate will receive excellent training and support - in return, you will be expected to integrate quickly into the team and hit the ground running. Daily tasks will include, but will not be limited to: Working with the research team Helping the Senior Associates and the Partner to put together and execute research plans and assignmentsResearch & Identification Being creative about sourcing new talent and employing a variety of methods to produce the best possible shortlist of candidates for your clients.Relationship building and networking with candidates and clientsInformation managementEnsuring that the database is well managed and all information is kept up to date.Marketing co- ordination Working with the team to ensure that our client has a relevant and targeted marketing plan. This will also include keeping tabs on the website - making sure that all content is up to date in order for the site to remain innovative.Candidate Must- Haves: A 2: 1 (Merit) from a recognised university.Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.A meticulous eye for detail.The ability to prioritise and multi- task under pressure.Supporting the production of promotional literature, fact sheets, case studies etc.A real pro- active and self- starter approach to work combined with the confidence to work without supervision.A high level of professional maturity.,
