This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to our marketing strategy and grow within the organization.Key Responsibilities:
    • Bulk WhatsApp and Email Campaigns: Manage targeted marketing campaigns sent to our database through WhatsApp and email.
    • Client Appointments: Assist senior team members in scheduling and coordinating client appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups.
    • Database Collection: Collect databases from different associations to expand our potential client base.
    • Quotation Support: Help senior team members send quotations to clients.
    • CRM Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the CRM system.
    • Marketing Support: Provide administrative support for marketing tasks like campaign tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
    • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for marketing campaigns.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
    Qualifications & Skills Required:
    • Experience: 1-2 years in marketing or a related field.
    • Education: Any graduate.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficient in WhatsApp, email, and CRM software.
      • Strong understanding of social media marketing.
      • Good organizational and time management skills.
      • Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
