Job Description

    Dear CandidatesGreetings,Profile: Manager MarketingWork Location:AhmedabadIndustry: Personal Care/Beauty
    • Lead a team of various marketing domains to drive end to end marketing activities.
    • Use your experience in influencer marketing (identifying, communicating, and negotiating with influencers.
    • Send them products and work on a content brief for each Influencer.
    • Social media marketing (curating grids for social media, posting them, writing captions, and working on creatives for stories).
    • Use knowledge of Digital ads (work on identifying and getting digital ads curated from pre-existing content or getting new content curated, closely working with the e-com team along with the editing team)
    • Ensure pre and post-production of the shoot (working on getting models, artists, and other critical teams members for shoots, working on the mood board with the stylist and photographer.
    • Working on edits post the shoot has been executed, edits include both photographs and videos.)
    • Getting content for PR and proofreading the articles. Follow up for the PR and get a content report made.
    • Identify and get PR opportunities for both digital and offline presence of Renee, its products along with founder profiling.
    • Also, work on thecalendar and content for articles) Proofread A+ content for a website.
    • Foresee website banners, creatives, and A+ banners.
    • Manage Brand alliances for Digital, TV, and offline (Seek out opportunities for brand sponsorships in barter and paid for brand visibility and indirect/ direct ROI)
    • Manage brand ambassadors and their contracts. (Find, converse, negotiate, and lock brand faces throughout the year.
    • Work on their deal structure and work on their contract with our lawyers)
