JOB SUMMARY Department: Marketing - Business Development Salary: 35000- 85000/ mo Job Location: Ahmedabad Education: M.E., M.Tech, B.E., B.Tech, MCA, MBA(Marketing) Work time: Full time IDEAL CANDIDATE Grasp and ability to solve business problems Responsible for generating sales and revenue generation Expanding business leads to achieve short- and long- term revenue and profit growth Constantly in strive for developing long- lasting customer relationships and gathering referrals with both new and current account Understanding what is important for various stakeholders and able to marshal the right resources with or without direct authority Good understanding of large information systems projects, good analytic skills, project management skills, understanding of disciplines (e.g. systems development methodologies, object orientation, etc.) and technologies (hardware, software, databases, etc.) Have a strong interest in technology & always willing to learn new things in technical domain Responsibilities Adapt at all facets of the sales process from lead generation through the sales process itself and into account management and development. Leads and manages customer engagement opportunities from lead generation, to deal review, to negotiations and closing a deal. Develops strong customer relationships and drives acquisition of new customers, impacting the success of meeting our company revenue goals. Continuously manages customer satisfaction and follows through on opportunities to cross- sell. Develop and maintains an opportunity pipeline through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System including support for Area Opportunity Pipeline Management Meetings, Forecasting, Opportunity Management and Business and Technical Proposal reviews Team Management ,
