Job Description

Role Web Application Developer in Ahmedabad(Entry to mid-seniority) Responsibilities

  • Developing new user-facing features using Angular.js
  • Implementation of a robust set of services / APIs to power the web application
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Skills Needed
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks required.
  • Excellent knowledge on Open Source technologies like NoSQL (MongoDB), Data Formats (XML / JSON), JavaScript Frameworks (AngularJS), HTML5, JavaScript , JQuery, CSS, ES2015 / ES2016, in memory databases (Redis / Hazelcast), Build tools (angular-CLI)
  • Thorough understanding of Angular.js and its core principles
  • Good understanding of Database schema, design, optimisation, scalability.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge and experience with SaaS/laaS are desirable.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • Good understanding of Database schema, design, optimisation, scalability.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least one RDBMS and NoSQL databases is required
  • Good to have: Experience with D3 charts, AWS cloud, Docker and Micro-services
