Job Description

    Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing & Coding Specialist to handle end-to-end US medical billing, including accurate coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-ups. The role requires strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, insurance processes, and EHR systems to ensure timely and compliant reimbursements.Key Responsibilities
    • Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
    • Verify insurance eligibility and submit claims on time
    • Track claims, manage denials, and handle follow-ups
    • Post payments and manage patient billing
    • Handle appeals and reduce AR aging
    • Ensure compliance with US healthcare billing regulations
    • Coordinate with providers, insurers, and internal teams
    Requirements
    • Experience in US Medical Billing & Coding
    • Strong knowledge of coding standards and insurance guidelines
    • Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR and billing software
    • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently in a remote/night-shift roleWork Timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM ISTWorking Days: 5 Days a Week
