Job Description

    Job Title: Medical RepresentativeReports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional ManagerKey Responsibilities:
    1. Sales and Marketing:
      • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products or medical devices to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
      • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
    2. Product Knowledge:
      • Stay updated on product details, features, benefits, and usage to effectively educate healthcare professionals.
      • Understand and analyze competitor products and market trends.
    3. Customer Engagement:
      • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
      • Schedule and conduct regular visits, presentations, and meetings with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
    4. Reporting:
      • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.
      • Document feedback from clients and share insights about product performance and market trends.
    5. Compliance:
      • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
      • Stay informed about industry regulations and changes.
    6. Training:
      • Participate in training programs to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and regulatory compliance.
    7. Marketing Support:
      • Organize or participate in seminars, conferences, and promotional events.
