MS Teams Support Engineer Technology Ahmedabad, Gujarat

  • Provide day to day operational task for Microsoft Teams and Exchange online Work independently to evaluate symptoms and determine the root cause of complex client issues reported by various stake holders and end users
  • Regular monitoring of Office 365 applications and proactively find any issue which may lead to outage
  • Understand the deployment of MS Teams and its configuration without hampering end user productivity
  • Will be responsible for L2 Support for MS Teams
  • Leading the way as a Subject Matter Expect (SME) in Incident Management and Ticket Handling.
  • To understand the repetitive issues and provide permanent solution for the resolution of the issues.
  • Engage and empathize with customers to support and resolve technical issues through completion
  • Manage incident escalation and drive towards to end-user satisfaction
  • Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues

Technical experience

  • Manage the teams in the organization and their associated settings, including membership (group management supported via PowerShell, team management in the Teams admin center)
  • Candidate should have at least:1 year hands on experience with MS Teams administration
  • Experience with ITIL methodologies
