Job Description

. Key Dispensing of Raw Material.Issuance of raw materials as per raw material dispensing SOPSEnsure Sanitation & Cleaning of raw material dispensing area.Ensure proper cleaning of dispensing area, RLAF & equipments before initiation of dispensing activity.Reporting of deviation / incident as an when observed.Handling of Rejected and Expired finished goods.Responsible for On-line Documentation of Sifting activities like.SAP transaction like goods movement and loss/excess entry.To follow all the cGMP requirements of shop floor activities.To carry out the sifting of the material as per BMR.Responsible for on-line documentation of Sifting and Dispensing activity.To return the balance material to the warehouse after reconciliation.On-line recording of the activities like BMR filling, Activity Sequential Log, Megnahelic Gauge Reading, Balance Verification, BMR entries.To train the workers to carry out the dispensing activity in order with cGMP norms and with minimum loss of material.,
