Job Description

This is 3rd Party Payroll Position and candidate can apply upto the age of 35 Years.

  • Technical Knowledge of Air conditioner, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Mobile.
  • Get the customer complaint of Mobile closed within TAT by Involving and coordinating with Service Centre, NSP manpower etc.
  • Manage service Centre performance of the region.
  • Conduct Service Centre audit, Trainings, Performance analysis.
  • Keep a Proper control on Improving the NPS Score and the CSATs.
  • Strongly work to reduce Non Part Calls.
  • Immediately get in touch with customer for received escalations and resolve them on top priority.
  • Follow up with parts team for timely dispatch of spare part and track them till closure of the complaint.
  • Provide technical support to Field Engineers, Service Centres as well to NSPs with help from HO Team.
  • Ensure MSL of spare part availability at all ASC of the Region
  • Continues Monitoring the KPI Dashboards of All service centre including Parameters like (Repair TAT, Delivery TAT, RRR,CPC & PPI Etc.).
  • Surprise Visits & Audit across the service centres depending on various factors like Call Load, RRR & PPI etc.
  • Coordinate with NSP Logistics for availability of spare parts on time.
  • Failure rate & Repeat Repair monitoring and feedback.
  • To motivate the team to enhance performance levels by identifying gaps / needs and providing necessary skills / training.
  • To mentor and counsel engineers whenever necessary.
