We have urgent opening for Non Litigation profile with leading shared services in Ahmedabad. Job Purpose Provide effective and efficient support to the Corporate legal team in non-litigation, Mergers and Acquisition (M & A), and matters relating to Insolvency code. Accountabilities: 1. Drafting of agreements, contracts, Joint ventures, acquisition agreements, resolution plans 2. Review of documents including contracts, bidding documents, RFP, M & A, agreements. Resolution plans. 3. Discussions and Negotiation of above documents with BU, Vendors, law firms. 4. Preparing brief note, factual matrix, amendments in laws. 5. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports 6. Legal research 7. Any other assignments given from time to time Education & Qualification LLB 5 year integrated course (From top National Law Collages/ University) Relevant Experience: 4+ years of experience in non- litigation and documentation Should have good drafting and communication skills.
