Would be responsible for all areas of retail stores operations. This includes Quality control (manpower level store level), store hygiene & maintenance, trading material control and audits.2. Would be responsible to ensure daily fulfillment of stores requirement, maintain inventory as per system, ensure there is no over stocking, minimal wastage, no loss of sale because of lack of stock. 3. Would be leading the upcoming store projects, right from identification of a location to execution of store building to inauguration of store. This would require a lot of back and forth communication with civil contractor and other parties. 4. Would be working with Sales and Marketing teams and getting involved in proposing, selling and forecasting new business strategies and targets. Coordinate for monthly pipeline reviews and ensure efficient execution of targets across the team.5. Would be developing monthly reporting metrics, collaborate with cluster managers and the sales teams to track and report all key performance indicators against annual, quarterly and monthly goals by different territories. 6. Would be developing reports to support the development of new practices.7. Would be developing Business plans for annual and multi- year set up and drive the business plan.8. Would be developing Operations budget and would strictly adhere to it.9. Would be leading the franchise development, be it identifying of the new region, interviewing the franchiser, identifying the location etc.Skills required1.
