Job Description

    • JOB RESPONSIBILITY
    • Your job responsibilities are listed below for your understanding and acceptance. In case of any system up-gradation in future, you will be simultaneously re-trained to understand the new implementation.
    • 1. Responsible for Production planning as per order or availability of material.
    • 2. Responsible for Preparation of BPR for new product.
    • 3. Responsible for verifying the filled BPR and yield reconciliation of Final stage.
    • 4. Responsible for preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
    • 5. Responsible for Accountable to Handle Shift Operation Independently.
    • 6. Responsible for coordinating with Eng. department for Preventive maintenance.
    • 7. Coordination, with QA department for upcoming calibration date of instruments and equipments.
    • 8. Responsible for facility, utilities and new/modified areas/ equipment.
    • 9. Responsible for manpower handling and allocated for respective areas.
    • 10. Responsible for providing SOP training to all employees and Operators.
    • 11. Responsible for giving the requisition of BPR to QA department as per plan.
    • 12. Responsible for coordination with QC department for Release status of Packing material and final product.
    • 13. Responsible for handle primary and secondary packing Activity.
    • 14. Responsible for co-ordination with all departments.
    • 15. Responsible for Calibration and Operation of weighing Balance.
    • 16. Responsible for coordinating with Employees regarding production plan.
    • 17. Responsible for any additional Responsibility given by senior from time to time.
