Job Description

    1. Solid scripting in http/html web, Java and web services protocols of Jmeter and Strong beanshell programming expertise with Jmeter.2. Jenkins, Maven, and Jmeter CI experience Must.3. Strong programming skills Beanshell - expert level is MUST.4. Ability to setup complex test scenarios to model production workloads.5. Experience with test planning, strategy, test script development and test execution6. Very strong Linux Skills.7. Strong understanding of all parameters which influence performance of the application like JVM, heap, memory, cache, threads, db pools etc.8. Ability to monitor JVMs, analyze heap dumps, analyze queries, analyze logs and memory profiling.9. Ability to monitor and collect result data, analyze and pinpoint bottlenecks and guide developers and others in fixing performance issues.10. Good Knowledge of AWS systems, Cloud watch, Load Balancers in AWS11. Performance tuning skills for Web Sphere / Web Sphere commerce server.12. Understanding of web/app/db layers, thread contention, network infrastructure.13. Experience diagnosing and debugging performance bottlenecks by interpreting test results and analyzing metrics gathered using tools14. Database knowledge, indexes, and SQL optimization techniques.15. Diagnostic Tools like New Relic or App Dynamics is needed.16. Plan, design, execute and maintain different types of performance tests like load, stress, endurance, spike, capacity etc.17. Develop performance test plans based on discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.18. Good team player with the ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.19. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.20. A wide degree of creativity, latitude and multi-tasking is expected21.
