Job Description

Job DescriptionIt s an all-in-one position- from taking photographs videos, editing them, to laying them out and managing print production, giving complete control over the output to the designer. The graphic work follows guidelines of the Brand Manual of The House of MG. Graphic design is done for both prints as well as web media. The visual concepts communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate guests and customers. Need to develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. The design production work needs to be done with attention to detail and materials.Visual Media: Photography + Videography

  • Photography for products of HMG, to be used for social media.
  • Covering events hosted at HMG, for HMG database
  • Covering events hosted by HMG
  • Correct cataloging of photographs as per event/product/service.
  • Photo Editing (colour correction/etc)
  • Resizing photographs for different outlets (FB/Instagram/website/print banner/etc) and outputs (RGB/CMYK)
  • Updating photos on the website every month (Fresh Photos + Videos)
Creatives
  • Adherence to our brand manual
  • Social Media campaign creatives (minimum 2 per day)
  • Collateral and Graphic designing.
  • Files need to be print-ready/ web-ready as per output.
Production In-charge
  • Prepare timely collateral, create schedules for the same.
  • Coordinate with departments to print collateral
  • Coordinate the purchase department
  • Supervise/coordinate installations
  • Ensuring quality production with the right materials and finishes.
  • Timely rounds of the property to keep a tab on gaps in collateral/ print work.
Required Skills
  • Proven working experience as a Graphic designer or a relevant role
  • Proficiency in handling cameras and exploring the digital mediums
  • Proficiency in Graphic Designing Software, including CorelDraw
  • Time management and planning skills.
Qualification: Designing Photography Course from recognized institution.Experience Required Previous experience in similar Job role. At least 1+ years Gujarat - Ahmedabad No. of Positions 1 Joining Period,
