Job Description

Job SummaryUnderstand client requirements well and deliver high impact web design solutions by using both front and back-end development technologies including PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Content Management Systems, E-commerce, Online Payments, etc. to design, create & modify themes & plugins on Wordpress (or other CMS/Frameworks). Goal is to creatively & effectively get the clients message across through the medium of websites.Job Description

  • Design, modify, develop, deploy & maintain new designs, features, functionalities, themes & plugins and manage all technical aspects of different CMS to render appealing UI & UX solutions.
  • Record client requirements; plan the design concept after studying relevant information & resources.
  • Illustrate the design concept by designing the first draft - lay out art & copy arrangement.
  • Create the final design on the basis of collected feedback & final approval.
  • Complete projects by working closely with allied teams internally, maintaining high standards of teamwork and productivity.
  • Maintain & improve technical knowledge by keeping up with the latest technological & software trends in the industry. Participate and subscribe to regular training & development programs conducted by the company (or otherwise) for continuous improvement.
Job Specification
  • Post Graduate / Graduate in Computer Applications or Science or IT
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of CMS, Wordpress, PHP back-end development and front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
  • Soft skills: Creativity & Originality, Ability to Meet Deadlines, Flexibility, Open to Feedback, Attention to Detail, Learning Orientation, Honest & Hardworking.
  • Any previous PHP, Wordpress or hard-coded UI/UX project experience will be an advantage.
