Maintain our existing PHP based web portals and participate in enhancing their scope to create seamless data transactions from our production floor to web portals. Brainstorm, come up with creative ideas, discuss, streamline the approach for your targets and work to create new online platforms so as to smoothen our delivery processes and data transactions between Autodesk Revit(and/ or other native software) and the web interfaces. Maintain regular coordination with the project coordinator to precisely understand the targets and milestones of the assigned tasks and whenever required, supplement other teams working on relevant assignments with due knowledge and experience Continuously carry out research on emerging technologies which can help us connect BIM (Building Information Modeling) with existing/ new peripheral apps and software. Keep abreast of good programming practices, new software language features, tools and libraries. Aim to gain specialist expertise in developing tools for the BIM industry like Revit API and OpenGL. Participate in developing coding standards for the company and develop source code in accordance with the same standards. Take responsibility for the correctness of all written code, thoroughly testing it and correcting all errors. Take responsibility for the quality of all written code, ensuring that it is clear, concise, well structured, efficient and well documented with code comments. Fix defects found during code reviews and unit testing. Raise defects, issues or change requests when testing software builds. Research, test and deploy new digital tools to be integrated into the firm s design process. Provide support for design technologies, including documentation of best practices and known issues. Work with management to develop strategy for future development of the firm s digital capabilities. ,
