Job Description

    Job Title: PHP Team Lead Location: Vadodara (Initial 15 Days), Ahmedabad Experience: 8-10 Years Job Type: Contract to hireNotice period: 0 to 15 daysMonthly Rate: 1.5 Lac INRJob Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Team Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Laravel, a deep understanding of OOP principles, PHP coding standards, and experience in unit testing. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in MySQL/PostgreSQL and basic knowledge of Kafka. Experience with VueJS is essential, and knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS would be a plus. The position requires strong communication skills, an ability to work in an Agile environment, and the flexibility to learn new technologies and tools.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and mentor the PHP development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
    • Develop and maintain applications using Laravel framework, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
    • Write unit tests and ensure robust test coverage for all critical application components.
    • Manage and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
    • Working knowledge in any JavaScript Framework - Angular/ReactJS/VueJS. The work to be done in VueJS
    • Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate backend services with VueJS frontend (experience with VueJS is a must).
    • Work with Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging systems.
    • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, applying them to improve existing systems and processes.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • 8-10 years of experience in PHP development, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or team lead role.
    • Strong expertise in Laravel and deep knowledge of PHP OOP principles.
    • Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL database management and optimization.
    • Experience with Kafka for distributed messaging systems.
    • Working knowledge of VueJS, with experience in Angular or ReactJS considered a plus.
    • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
    • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and team management.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
    Additional Information:
    • Location: The role is based in Vadodara (initial 15 days) and Ahmedabad.
    • Contract-to-Hire: Opportunity for full-time employment after the initial contract period.
    • Rate: 1.5 Lac INR per month.
