Job Description

    • Picking:Removes items from shelves to fulfill customer orders
    • Packing:Prepares items for shipping by packing them into boxes and labeling them
    • Other responsibilities:May also include:
      • Using technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders
      • Checking for damage or defects
      • Operating equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and pallet wrappers
      • Maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Keeping products organized and in good rotation
  • Following safety protocols
  • Reporting problems
  • Requisitioning merchandise from suppliers
  • Counting and recording stock levels
  • Restocking shelves
  • Tracking shipment arrival and departure times
  • Monitoring product quality
