Job Description

    • Maintaining Master Data in SAP for Make or Buy Decision
    • Must have good knowledge of MRP working in SAP
    • Must be good at reading Drawings
    • Issuing PP Slips to Shopfloor & track the floor status
    • CO ordinate with Design Engineering, Cutting Shop/Fabrication/PaintShop/Assembly Engineers for Job Order status, Material issue against order & alternative materials in Job Orders
    • Create Production Versions for new Header Materials
    • Responsible for Job Order release & Printing
    • Checking Variance in Production order & act for minimizing the same
    • Work Out Missing Parts and co ordinate with procurement and stores to make it available for floor
    • Participate in Design change meeting & Provide BOM effective Date
    • Follow Up for Missing Parts at time of final confirmation with stores & purchase Engineer
    • Analyze Material Issues in Job Order (COGI & MIGO)
    • Co ordinate with Dispatch Department for Direct Kitting Orders
    • Maintaining and Analyze Unplanned hours
    • Coordinating with Store and Purchase for material requirement
    • Participate in Physical Inventory counting
    • Close SAP Orders for which Settlement is already done by Finance
    • Provide Loading schedule to dispatch team
    • Must be conversant with SAP PP module, MM Module and Advance Excel
    • Prepare MIS reports for Monthly meetings
