Job Description

    Job Title: Plant and Machinery Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Plant and Machinery Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves routine checking, inspection, and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and safe operations. The technician will be responsible for identifying issues and performing basic repairs, as well as conducting preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will ensure all machinery operates efficiently, meeting safety standards, and contribute to maintaining high productivity levels.Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
    • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
    • Carry out basic repairs and preventive maintenance tasks as needed.
    • Ensure machinery functions safely and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure smooth operations.
    • Maintain records of maintenance activities.
    Key Skills & Qualifications:
    • 2-5 years of experience in plant and machinery maintenance.
    • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
    • Strong knowledge of equipment inspection and maintenance practices.
    • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    CTC Offered: Rs 3 LPA (on-hand salary)Additional Benefits:
