Job Description

    • Conduct in-depth requirement gathering sessions with prospects and clients
    • Deliver compelling, customized D365 product demonstrations (CE, CRM, Sales, or Finance modules).
    • Work closely with sales and technical teams to design solution architectures aligned with client needs.
    • Prepare and present proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and scope documents.
    • Support the sales cycle with consultative selling, identifying business pain points and D365 solutions.
    • Collaborate with delivery and functional teams for accurate effort estimation and pricing.
    • Participate in client meetings, discovery workshops, and proposal defense calls.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and related technologies (Power Platform, Azure, etc.).
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • 57 years of total experience with at least 3 years in a Pre-Sales or Solution Consultant role for Microsoft D365.
    • Strong understanding of D365 CE / CRM / Sales / Finance modules.
    • Proven experience in creating and delivering product demos, client presentations, and technical documents.
    • Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI response creation, effort estimation, and proposal drafting.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work across functional teams and manage multiple client engagements.
    • Microsoft Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
