Job Description

    Looking for callers for the AR and Authorization process.Collect information on Insurance claims of patients via IVR, Insurance portals or callsEvaluate the received information and process accordinglyInteract with stakeholders over a call/emailCapture the data of payments/transactions in the required format Maintain adequate documentation on the client software to send necessary documents to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future referenceRecord after-call actions and perform post-call analysis for the claim follow-upSkills :Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.Good analytical skills and reasoning abilities.Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, and MS Excel.Intermediate working knowledge of computer e.g. Internet Browsing, using basic shortcut keys, accurate typing.Qualifications :Any Science Graduates or Post Graduates (Freshers are preferred)Available shifts :01:30 PM to 11:00 PM02:30 PM to 12:00 AM05:00 PM to 03:00 AM06:00 PM to 04:00 AM08:00 PM to 06:00 AM
