Job Description

    We are hiring Associates for Merchant Services Process in US Shift operating from Ahmedabad, Gujarat - Details of which are as mentioned below.As an process associate You will be responsible for identifying prospects through various channels like calling, email marketing, qualifying leads based on their needs and fit with the companys product/service, this position requires actively engaging with potential clients, maximizing sales opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships.Job Duties:
    • Identify and target potential merchants, including small businesses, retail stores, restaurants and enterprises.
    • Contact clients and prospects to understand their needs and present products.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies in payment processing.
    • Work closely with marketing, customer service and technical teams to enhance the sales process.
    • Educate clients on the features, benefits and usage of POS machines.
    • Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to business growth.
