Job Description

    Position: Pharmaceutical Development Scientist (PDD)Job Responsibilities:As a Pharmaceutical Development Scientist (PDD), you will play a crucial role in our drug development efforts, contributing to the research and formulation of new pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Conducting experiments and research activities related to drug formulation and development.
    • Analyzing and interpreting experimental data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for product improvement.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including researchers, chemists, and regulatory experts, to support the drug development process.
    • Assisting in the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in pharmaceutical development.
    Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
    • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum 6 month of experience in pharmaceutical development or related fields.
    • Strong knowledge of drug development principles and pharmaceutical formulation techniques.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    Preferred Qualifications:While not required, the following qualifications will be considered an advantage:
    1. B.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline.
    2. Previous experience with formulation development for different drug delivery systems (e.g., oral, injectable, transdermal).
    3. Experience with quality control and analytical techniques in a pharmaceutical laboratory setting.
