Job Description

    **Job Title: Pharmaceutical Product Management Executive****Company:** West Coast Pharmaceuticals **Location:** Ahmedabad****We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Product Management Executive. This role will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of product strategies to drive growth and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmaceuticals with a combination of a Bachelors in Pharmacy (BPharma) and an MBA.**Responsibilities:**- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies and plans.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional materials.- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for enhancements or modifications.- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of product messaging and positioning.- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and effectiveness.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (BPharma) required.- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business or related field preferred.- Previous experience in pharmaceutical product management or related role is highly desirable.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with teams.
