Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We have Opening for Production EngineerRoles & Responsibilities:-
    • Developing production plans & schedules, arranging for resources to ensure achievement of organizational targets as per budgeted parameters.
    • Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and developing guideline for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.
    • Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity
    • Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, power etc. for controlling & Reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
    • Manpower Management:
    • Managing a team of workmen and guiding them to address and resolve performance bottlenecks along with imparting in house training.
    • Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs of staff to enhance skills and productivity.
    • Supervising workmen on the Shop floor and ensuring the quality of products manufactured.
    • Multiskilling of Manpower By impart domain specific training of varies station so that absenteeism does not create a problem.
    • Screw cleaning & screw changing of injection molding machine
    • Ensuring the safety in working area by periodical checking of safety feature of machine and equipments.
