Job Description

    Production ManagerWe are currently seeking a highly motivated Production Manager who has worked in a merchandise manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will own the entire factory and production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also be in charge of ensuring Quality of production, on time delivery of goods, human resource related requirements, factory housekeeping, attending to factory audits and compliance requirements, amongst others. They will report directly to senior management of the company.Roles & Responsibilities Handling the entire factory operation (Cut to Pack). Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with customer required quality standard. Responsible for operational staff control and management. Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction. Having good knowledge about Fabrics. Must have knowledge of Fabric Cutting & Print Department. Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment. Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor. Setup the sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory. Lead all Production Team from the front and having good command on them. Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Companys Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements in association with Quality Assurance Team. Achieve maximum production by the lowest cost. Planning, technical review, and advance methods for new styles and upcoming seasons Operational Budget, Monthly Forecast, Delivery Planning, and Execution Promotion and Execution of the company policies/procedures, mission, values & standards of ethics and integrity and provide direction to others in their use and application.
