Qualification : BSC / MSC / BE (Environment)Experience : 5 10 yearsManage all waste(solid , liquid and other) of company as per set norms. Maintain process according to GPCB norms like COD , TSS , BOD , Ph and other parameters. Take care air quality in plant and other area. Find out the Environmental issue within site and solving the same Collection , Neutralization , store , transport & Dispose of all types of waste. Able to do implementation of 5S , environmental Kaizen and others activities. Should be able to handle large volume of liquid and solid waste minimum 200 KL or MT per day. Rich experience in spray dryer and its operation from Hot air generation system to disposal of solid waste. Coordinate with maintenance and other department and efficiently run the spray dryer all the time. Coordinate with other department for waste water , spent acid , solid waste and make sure that plant is running smoothly. Manage transporter and other logistics for waste disposal like Gypsum , spent acid , high COD water etc. Making all documents related to addition of products in NOC , and maintain all consent as per permission. Making manifest for all disposal like solid , liquid , e - waste etc. as per GPCB permitted norms.
