Job Description Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the production and delivery of high quality products
  • Oversee & keep production team highly motivated to deliver planned objectives productively and in compliance to the set procedures & regulatory requirements
  • Actively plan, implement & maintain of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new or existing products
  • Ensure production team s compliance to Company and industry regulatory requirements for quality, safety, and environment
  • Ensure grievances in team are minimal and resolved effectively in coordination with his manager & HR team.
  • Manage team professionally & with all fairness in line with the company values
  • Lead from the front, be high on the learning curve and challenge status quo to deliver measurable improvements in efficiencies
  • Agree challenging objectives for the production team and mentor them in achievement of the same.
  • Develop and manage annual production and capital budgets with a focus on product costs and margins.
  • Foster an environment that supports learning, individual development and openness to change
  • Monitor and execute capacity planning supply capabilities for the long term
  • Identify skills, knowledge, and experience required within manufacturing to meet the long term manufacturing strategy
  • Uphold the company s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
  • Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the company s Code of Ethics and Conduct
  • En sure that direct report(s) are trained and evaluated on their knowledge and adherence to the company s values, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and applicable compliance policies
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience within OEM/contract manufacturing environment
  • Medical device manufacturing experience is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially advanced MS Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Telugu
  • Must have good people skills & a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
  • Experienced in product costings/mfg. costs Ability to provide concise reports
