To drive this initiative forward, we are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our dedicated Cross-Border E-Commerce Team in Ahmedabad. OverviewAs a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and programs within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and programs simultaneously. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks, set priorities, and resolve issues as they arise. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business administration or a degree of a similar level Have an experience of 3-5 years in program management Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSkills: communication,management,leadership,e-commerce,capital,projects,
