Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Envision / research potential partnerships with NGOs through intensive, exploratory project site visits.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with aforementioned partner organizations.
  • Collaboratively envision substantive grassroots development projects with partner organizations.
  • Write project descriptions for August and January fellowship cycles in collaboration with the Fellowship Coordinator(s).
  • Serve as a partner in meaningful growth both within and outside the Indicorps framework.
  • Design the philosophical framework / support structure for the fellowship program in collaboration with the Project Development Manager(s).
  • Develop and manage the conceptual, logistical, and administrative details for Orientation (1 month-long, intensive workshop prior to the fellowship year), and the 4 themed-workshops following.
  • Correspond intensely with fellows through field visits, weekly phone calls, and periodic written updates.
  • Imagine and implement innovative ways to enable fellows to maximize their potential, both within and outside the context of their project sites.
  • Serve as a partner in meaningful growth both within and outside the Indicorps framework.
