1-Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of IVR and Telecom Engineers 2-Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and isolate problems and process information in a fast paced environment 3-Ability to find technology workarounds to issues that cannot be resolved in a timely fashion 4-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and run operations at the same time 5-Manage and develop both channel and vendor relationships.
