The candidate is expected to handle the entire project end to end. The District Coordinators will be reporting to the Project Manager and ensuring that usage of the program on the field is happening as per plan. This role also needs to ensure adequate communication with all the stakeholders in the Govt of Rajasthan including the Principal Secretary Education, State Project Director, District/Block Education Officers, School Principals, etc. Responsibilities: Hiring and performance management of district coordinators. Keeping the team motivated to execute. Creating and setting the culture of employees in the project. Building the infrastructure (dashboards, reports, processes, etc) to ensure that at scale quality does not drop. Creating a roadmap for the government to be able to execute the project on its own and reducing the support needed from EI. Tracking different parts of the project against a timeline and reporting in cases of deviances. Keeping the government officials informed and updated about the progress at all times Ensuring government buy-in to scale up the product by preparing usage reports highlighting impact on students learning levels Securing required approvals from the relevant officials during implementation Communicating with donors/funders and answering their queries,
