Project Manager Assist in the creation, updating and maintenance of project memories in applicable language(s). Manage all projects, including sending quotes to clients, sourcing Projects to and proof-readers, reviewing files for QC and ensuring delivery of the final is made timely. Gain expertise in the usage of CAT tools (For eg. TRADOS) including the ability to troubleshoot issues. Serve as a liaison between client and employees, ensuring any and all expectations/ requirements for the projects are made clear to the teams. Follow all stipulated quality assurance procedures and resolves quality assurance issues. Process all invoices for both employees and clients. Skill and Experience - Candidate must have all or most of the below skills Experience in coordinating projects and managing resources. Bachelor s degree (Master s degree preferred) Brilliant at communicating expectations and should have excellent customer service skills. Understanding of HTML, XML, and web technologies along with Microsoft Office programs would be beneficial. Hands-on experience in working with any CRM tool. Fluency in basic reading and writing in a second language (any language other than Indian languages) is preferable. Highly detail oriented, positive, friendly, and a fast learner Ability to multitask in a time sensitive work environment and stay calm under pressure.
