The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and executing business development strategies to expand market share.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Material Testing sector.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Project Management: Oversee sales projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely execution.Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals and negotiate deals.Revenue & Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.Technical Expertise: Stay updated on material testing equipment, standards, and industry advancements.Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Material Science, Business, or related fields. Experience: 7 years of experience in sales of material testing equipment, lab instruments, or related engineering products. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of material testing standards, equipment, and applications. Sales Acumen: Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple sales projects, client requirements, and deadlines. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
